As educators we subscribe to the research finding that participants retain 90% of what they “say and do” vis-a-vis only 20% of what they “hear” … consequently, our approach relies on getting students to actively engage themselves during the learning process.
In addition to lectures therefore, the course leans on action driven interactive sessions in small groups, case studies, debates, and other activities that expand learning and help improve self confidence and personal effectiveness.
